Improved digestion

Favourite evening primrose oil! I began taking it during pregnancy from 32 weeks until the end. Once I started, I no longer struggled with constipation, a common issue for pregnant women. My stool improved and digestion was better overall. I gave birth at 40 weeks without any breaks or lengthy contractions. The packaging is good, though the capsules are slightly large, akin to omega-3 supplements; however, that was not a problem.

I am grateful for this product! At 32, this is my second pregnancy and I was apprehensive about childbirth, having experienced difficulties during my first. After reading many reviews, I chose to try it. I began taking one capsule a day from the thirtieth week, increasing to three by the forty-second week. Contrary to my fears, childbirth was smooth with no breaks. Notably, I no longer suffered from constipation, which often plagues pregnant women. The product is reputable for enhancing cervical muscle elasticity, helping prevent tears.

Improved sleep

I purchased this based on glowing reviews, and while I thought I'd need to consume the entire box for a final verdict, I’ve already noticed two improvements. Firstly, I've been able to sleep longer hours, which is a blessing. Secondly, it has also considerably helped with my constipation. The package is securely sealed and contains 60 capsules.

Super oil! I'm on my second bottle and feel great. I have no complaints; the most important effect is that once I started taking it, my constipation disappeared. Thank you, iHerb, for such a miracle! 🌷

An excellent remedy for pregnant women! I started taking it on my gynaecologist's recommendation from the 36th week until delivery. I found it helps moisturise and relieves constipation effectively.
