Where to begin? After my husband used DMSO for his painful joints, we switched to MSM. It has nearly eradicated his joint pain, regulated his gut, and eliminated his IBS. I've also seen tremendous benefits: no more severe PMS pain, my belly bloating is gone, and I have normal energy levels. Even my asthma is gone! This supplement is fantastic, and my skin has cleared up too!

I’ve been taking this for minor bruising and it seems to be helping; I have less of a problem as I continue taking it. Capsules are easy to swallow, with no taste or stomach irritation, and no bloating.
