Remission achieved
This product greatly helps colitis. I have Ulcerative Proctitis, which is a form of colitis that affects less of the colon. I've been using it for over two years and have noticed firmer movements and fewer episodes. After my last colonoscopy, my physician confirmed I was in remission. I observe less blood and take one tan three times a day regularly. Although I wouldn't universally recommend it, it works for me, and I've experienced reduced joint pain and stiffness due to arthritis.

Joint pain relief
Neither wind nor rain nor IBD joint pain. I have ulcerative colitis and began using this product after reading promising studies about its potential to heal gut mucosa in IBD. While on steroids for a flare, I had severe joint issues, making it difficult to walk, even requiring physical therapy. After a week or two of consistent use, my joint pain started to diminish significantly despite still being on steroids. I regained strength by joining a gym. While my bowel symptoms improved, the changes weren't as dramatic. Now off steroids, I hope this, alongside other supplements, will maintain my progress. Remarkably, my joints now operate at 99%, allowing me to enjoy high-impact workouts, ballroom dancing, and horseback riding without assistance.
