Garlic and dizziness interaction
Role of the visceral brain in body equilibrium.
Moderate relevance to dizziness.
We examined how exposure to garlic may affect dizziness, particularly investigating a phenomenon known as olfactory vertigo. In our analysis, we found that over-stimulation of certain brain areas linked to smell and adrenaline could lead to imbalances resulting in dizziness or disequilibrium.

The study included observations where tests were conducted on individuals suffering from vertigo believed to arise from psychosomatic origins. Our findings suggested that smelling garlic vapor heightened their reactions to adrenaline, which contributed to their dizziness. This indicates a connection between olfactory stimulation and feelings of instability.

Additionally, we highlighted that triggers associated with memories or learned responses could either initiate or exacerbate dizziness through pathways in the brain. Although the cerebellum plays a role in balance, it was not deemed essential for causing dizziness linked to garlic specifically. Rather, it appeared to amplify symptoms in those already susceptible.

Overall, our research emphasizes a significant relationship between olfactory stimuli, like garlic, and dizziness, but the exact mechanisms remain complex and multifaceted.

Dizziness resolved
My mother, aged 79, had three operations in two years. She experienced issues with her serum, severe headaches, and dizziness that prevented her from standing. An ambulance was called. They decided to include garlic in her treatment for vascular issues. Her condition has improved significantly, and the dizziness has disappeared.

I read that this supplement is excellent for heart and cardiovascular health, and I believe I'm already experiencing its benefits. As a smoker, I had started to feel dizzy, likely due to blood flow issues. Since taking this, the dizziness has significantly lessened. Overall, garlic is remarkably beneficial, and I think everyone should consider taking it.

I first ordered this supplement a couple of years ago, and its effect has persisted. I had type 1 diabetes and vascular complications, including dizziness, at that time. The supplement was quite effective in alleviating those symptoms, so I decided to try it again.

Dizziness alleviated
I incorporated odourless garlic into my dietary supplements, and it appears to be effective. Previously, I took it alongside ginkgo biloba, but both have blood-thinning properties. Occasionally, I felt the effects of low blood pressure and considerable dizziness. Now, everything is much better since I've started taking one in the morning and the other with my evening meal.
