No constipation

I purchased this vitamin bottle again, and during the first three months of pregnancy, I did not experience morning sickness. The plant extracts are well absorbed, and I am not constipated, which is great for my baby's growth. Highly recommend! The only drawback is that the pill is slightly large and has an unpleasant smell.

Iron causes constipation
Excellent! My sister takes it alongside omega-3 prenatal and postnatal supplements. The pill size is rather large, and the iron content can lead to constipation. Although the recommendation is to take two pills per day, that feels excessive for me. The ingredients are mostly natural and easily absorbed. The quality is great, but she needs an additional vitamin B complex to aid in postnatal recovery.
