Excellent! The second box I ordered is fantastic. I love the small size, as it swallows quickly. It contains all the necessary ingredients for iron absorption. Frankly, it has repeatedly helped me with dizziness and fatigue. I noticed a clear difference after using it for a month, and now I'm in my second month of use and intend to continue.

I haven't wanted to be without it due to my anaemia. Within about ten days, my dizziness subsided. I also took it with black honey, vitamin C, and spirulina pills, which are excellent for boosting iron levels. May God bless you!
