Beet pectin improves gut health
We investigated how a sour-milk drink enriched with beet pectin could help patients with constipation and irritable bowel syndrome.

Our study revealed improvements in the gut's microbiome, along with a decrease in harmful bacteria.

In contrast, kefir, which served as a comparison, showed less effectiveness in managing symptoms and did not significantly impact harmful gut microorganisms.

Thus, incorporating beet pectin into dietary interventions appears promising for those struggling with these gastrointestinal challenges.

I've been on Amazon for years but felt compelled to share my positive experience. Diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia, I decided to try this supplement. Within a day, I felt a distinct increase in energy and clarity. Importantly, it is easy on my stomach and does not cause constipation, unlike other supplements. My doctor was pleased with my improved iron levels after a month. Highly recommended!

No constipation during pregnancy

I took these during both pregnancies to combat severe anaemia. Initially, I was advised to take a high dosage, but I had no constipation despite this. Although the taste isn't great, the benefits are worth it. My iron levels improved significantly, and I highly recommend this product for pregnant women needing an iron boost.

Stellar improvements

The best iron supplement. As a healthcare professional, I needed to take an iron supplement. Knowing that many stop due to gastrointestinal upset and constipation, I was hesitant. A friend praised this product for the lack of side effects and an increase in her Hemoglobin & Hematocrit. After 3 months, my Hematocrit rose by 6 points. Though the taste is quite bad, I've had no nausea or constipation.

No nausea found

No side effects compared to prescription iron pills. I am anaemic due to heavy periods and fibroids. I had several surgeries, and my periods remained heavy after having my son. Initially, I endured dizziness and nausea from prescription pills. Upon stopping them, I felt better. I found that this supplement has a lower iron amount yet better absorption. I've taken it before bed, and after a month, I felt more energetic and less anxious. I've experienced no constipation with either Blood Builder or the prescription pills.

During pregnancy, my haemoglobin dropped to 105. Standard preparations failed and caused constipation. After taking these pills for two months without stool issues, it rose to 117. I recommend this supplement.

This product is suitable for raising iron deficiency and does not cause constipation due to its natural ingredients, such as broccoli and beetroot. It's best to take it after eating, avoiding dairy products that inhibit absorption. The taste is a bit unpleasant, but it's manageable when taken with water.

Relieves blood symptoms

I honestly recommend this product; this is my sixth purchase. I relied on it during pregnancy as it effectively raises blood levels without causing constipation. While it has a bit of a bitter taste, it doesn't upset my stomach. Over time, I noticed the symptoms of blood deficiency disappearing. I sometimes take two pills for severe deficiencies.

Excellent for increasing iron; it does not cause constipation as it is vegetarian. For the best results, I recommend consuming it with vitamin C or orange juice.

For those with iron deficiency, I advise taking this iron with spirulina as it does not cause constipation and its components are natural.

Good for constipation

I used it for over a month during pregnancy and was relieved it did not cause me constipation. The size is appropriate, smaller than the multivitamins from the same brand. The taste is normal, and I did not experience any aftertaste. I hope my comments offer you some benefit.
