Improved sleep quality
Melatonin 10mg is fantastic. I struggle with sleep due to having ADHD, but this has significantly improved my sleep, and I wake up without feeling groggy. I also have a son with ASD/ADHD who is 4 years old; I give him 2.5mg, and he too sleeps well. He is usually hyper and finds it difficult to settle, but half a tablet has him asleep within 20-30 minutes.
