Improved sleep quality
This has been a lifesaver for me! I have chronic pain from osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia, which makes sleeping difficult. With a weak heart, being overtired leaves me feeling unwell. I previously received melatonin from a compounding pharmacist, but it was costly. I’m delighted to find it available here. It works well, allowing me eight hours of restful sleep, hence improving my health. I will try 3mg next and continue ordering melatonin, as it has greatly enhanced my quality of sleep and life.
