Great! I take it in the morning on an empty stomach one hour before eating or in the evening two hours after my last meal. My nails are stronger, and I have noticed improvement in hair growth and density after taking an iron supplement. My hair loss has significantly decreased. If you're suffering from anaemia, biotin alone won't solve hair issues; it's best to take an iron supplement too. Thumbs up!

I'm unsure what rating to give since I didn't notice an immediate effect from taking biotin. I discovered my hair loss was due to anaemia, so I took iron first, followed by biotin. My hair fall has now stopped, and new growth is evident. The doctor advised taking biotin for at least six months, and whilst my skin and nails were fine, my nails are now very strong.

After about six months of taking biotin, my nails improved, and hair loss decreased, though the hair didn't thicken much. Biotin helped, but I also took selenium, zinc, magnesium, vitamin D-3, and omega.
