Great! I've been using this after chemotherapy, and it has made my hair grow faster. I have a lot of baby hair already. It has been really effective for me, which is why I keep repurchasing it. However, my hair remains brittle, but I think that's due to COVID.

Unlike the large tablets from iHerb, this can contains small tablets that are easy to swallow and of very good quality. I've already gone through my second can, and my hair is growing well.
