Anxiety Relief: Nature Made Calcium Magnesium Zinc with Vitamin D3

Has helped a lot- I reccomended it to many friends!

I have shared this link with many of my friends and decided I would share my thoughts to help others as well! I have never taken vitamins before as I do not like swollowing pills, but these tablets are amazing!! They're not too big and it doesn't bother me to swollow them. I am a college student (high stress levels haha) and the stress has caused major acne. After taking this for a few weeks, I have seen a huge difference. I now get a pimple here and there, but that's normal. On top of this, it has also helped with my Anxiety and muscle spasms. I will deffinely keep taking them and order from Amazon, for I haven't found a better price for 300 tablets. I highly reccomend this to anyone who is considering buying, you will not be disappointed. Awesome. Cured my Magnesium Deficiency.

For years I was feeling terrible: face flushing, Anxiety, trouble sleeping, fatigue, dizziness and more. My doctor tried me on a few different psyche meds but I never really felt back to 100% and sometimes even felt worse. I did some research and learned about Magnesium deficiency and asked the doctor about it. He said if I was taking a multi vitamin that should be all I need and if vitamins worked so well "then everyone would be taking them." So I just decided to take matters into my own hands and found this vitamin online. After a couple weeks of taking it I noticed a decrease in my issues and after a month or more was feeling so much better. The Zinc also helps prevents colds and I used to be a 3-5 cold person per winter. Now I might get one cold each winter. I think this supplement has helped tremendously. 3 years now and I don't take any of those horrible meds and I feel great. Horray for self diagnosing and the internet!!

I take it 3 times a day for Anxiety.

I take this because a good balance of calcium and magnesium is needed for good health. I had (past tense) Anxiety that I was given a powerful prescription for. It worked by I don't like to take drugs I don't need. Magnesium is known to help with Anxiety and calcium and magnesium need to be in balance. After taking 1 pill 3 times a day for a week I realized I hadn't reached for that prescription. Over a month of using it and I no longer need powerful drugs to solve a simple lack of nutrients in my diet. As for this brand, I like it. Easy to swallow, doesn't upset my stomach and each pill has the correct amount to take it 3 times a day and not have too much. If you take a prescription for hypothyroidism, be careful about taking this within 4 hours of it. Ask you pharmacist or doctor if this is a problem for you. Remember, don't suddenly stop medication you are taking regularly without talking to your doctor, but if there is a natural way vs a prescription drug, the choice is simple

Works well for Anxiety and sleep problems

I have been taking these for almost a year. I started because I read magnesium helps somewhat combat Anxiety. I have to say, it has really helped. And a side bonus is that it also has really helped my sleep. I take one before I go to bed and it helps me sleep soundly, without waking up multiple times through out the night
