Zinc's limited effect on dizziness
This study examined the effectiveness of a nutritional supplement containing zinc, among other ingredients, in preventing the recurrence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a condition that can cause intense dizziness. We followed a diverse group of 128 patients with a history of frequent BPPV episodes. They were divided into three groups based on their vitamin D levels and received different treatment plans.

In one group, those with low vitamin D received a daily supplement containing zinc, along with other antioxidants and vitamin D3. We noticed a remarkable decrease in BPPV relapses in this group after six months compared to where they started. However, for the groups that had sufficient vitamin D and particularly those receiving zinc without vitamin D, we did not find significant benefits in reducing dizziness recurrence.

While zinc was part of a combined treatment approach, it didn’t demonstrate a standalone positive impact on dizziness. Our findings suggest that while zinc might play a role alongside other supplements, it shouldn't be solely relied upon for preventing BPPV relapses in patients with sufficient vitamin D levels.

Zinc makes me dizzy. I suspect that 30mg is too much for me, so I plan to reduce my dosage to 15mg.

This chelated zinc is the best! It's easily absorbed and doesn’t cause nausea or dizziness. It's an essential supplement in the autumn, suitable for both adults and children. Combined with vitamin C, it's simply unbeatable!

Dizziness at first
This is great for the initial symptoms; my family hardly ever gets ill. We take it with vitamin C when sickness strikes but note that it can cause dizziness on an empty stomach. I recommend it!

The capsules are easy to swallow, and since I started taking them, I experience less dizziness when standing. I previously had issues with anaemia, but this seems to help.

Dizziness management
My child and I experienced dizziness when taking this in the morning, so we switched to evenings, which helps. My husband has no issues. The capsules are easy to swallow, and we are seeing improvements in lip peeling and nail delamination.

Nausea issues
Well, zinc helps with skin imperfections, but it makes me feel very nauseous and dizzy. I know it’s more effective on an empty stomach, but I can’t tolerate it. The noticeable effects are there, but I only take it after eating to ease the nausea. If anyone knows a zinc supplement that doesn’t cause nausea, please let me know.

I bought this for my rhinitis, hoping it would boost my immunity. I haven't noticed clear effects yet, but I'm optimistic. Taking it on an empty stomach leads to nausea and dizziness, so it's essential to eat beforehand.
