Spasmocanulase aids IBS symptom relief
We investigated how spasmocanulase could help those struggling with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), particularly focusing on symptoms like bloating. In a clinic in Riyadh, 21 patients who had not found relief with other medications were given spasmocanulase three times a day for six months.

The results showed over half of the participants experienced improvements in bloating and abdominal pain. In fact, symptom relief was noted in 43-75% of patients, marking a significant change from their prior treatments.

While the sample size was small, this suggests spasmocanulase may offer real benefits for IBS symptoms.

Improvement in post-surgical GI symptoms
We investigated whether probiotics or digestive enzymes could alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms following gastric bypass surgery. In this double-blind trial, 60 patients were assigned to receive either probiotics or digestive enzymes, including pancreatin, for two weeks.

After the intervention, we noticed a significant improvement in various symptoms like bloating and gas among all groups. This indicates that both types of treatment could enhance quality of life for patients grappling with post-surgery GI issues.

When I forget them, I notice the difference and regret it. These pills are now a part of my daily routine!
