Anemia under control
Very pleased! I don't typically write reviews, but I will for this product. After battling severe anemia, I searched online for a good multivitamin with iron and found this one. The pills are quite large and they had a horrible smell. Initially, I took the recommended three, but it gave me a headache. I decreased the dose to two, which worked perfectly! My anemia is now under control, and I feel great.

High hemoglobin levels
Having consumed this for years, I appreciate that it contains iron and provides balanced vitamins and minerals in one tablet. Following consistent intake, my blood tests recently showed hemoglobin levels comparable to men, with normal results overall. While the large size and unique smell make it challenging to take, I believe this is why I feel physically healthy.
