Hyperoside shows promise for osteoporosis
We examined how hyperoside, a compound in Semen cuscutae, can combat osteoporosis in ovariectomized mice, particularly after menopause. The study revealed that hyperoside effectively increased bone density and improved bone structure by reducing the differentiation of osteoclasts—cells that break down bone.

Our findings indicated that the anti-osteoporotic effects of hyperoside are linked to the estrogen receptor α, as blocking this receptor reversed its benefits. Ultimately, hyperoside shows promise in protecting against osteoporosis through its actions on specific signaling pathways.

Zuogui Pills improve osteoporosis outcomes
We investigated how Zuogui Pills (ZGP), an herbal formula used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, can help with osteoporosis caused by excessive iron. Our study utilized both mouse models and osteoblast cells to examine its effects.

Through detailed experiments, we noted that ZGP has strong antioxidant and anti-apoptotic properties. It works by engaging the PI3K/AKT pathway, reducing oxidative stress, and improving bone health. These results suggest that ZGP may be a valuable treatment option for osteoporosis linked to iron overload.

Osteoporosis gone

Defeats Osteoporosis. I have always taken additional calcium with my meals, often calcium carbonate or citrate. After a fall at 65 that required five surgeries, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I learned that calcium alone isn't enough; vitamins D3, K1, K2, and magnesium are also crucial. I discovered New Chapter Bone Strength, which combines everything I needed. I’m pleased to report that after two years on this regimen, my osteoporosis is GONE. My bond with New Chapter is permanent, and at 70, I feel confident I will never need fosamax, thanks to this supplement.

"Significant increase in bone mineral density since previous study done in March 2018" - those words were music to my ears. Diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2018, I initially took generic fosamax but experienced severe side effects. I decided to pursue alternative methods for two years, incorporating this supplement, hydration with lemon water, and consistent exercise. My 2020 bone density results showed stability or improvement, and I no longer meet the criteria for pharmacologic therapy. At over 65, achieving these results without medication feels miraculous.

New Chapter Bone Strength. I’m not one for reviews, but New Chapter Bone Strength truly deserves the praise. This product was recommended to me by my Naturopathic Doctor, and I cannot thank her enough. I've been using it for a year, and my recent Dexa Scan showed a reversal from osteoporosis to osteopenia. I was astounded as my regular MD led me to believe that such a reversal was not feasible...she even laughed at the idea. Well, I have the last laugh now! I wholeheartedly recommend this product and will continue taking it diligently. Looking to reverse osteopenia at my next scan.

PGG enhances bone formation efficacy
We examined the effects of 1,2,3,4,6-penta--galloyl-β-D-glucose (PGG), a natural antioxidant, on osteoporosis treatment. Using an in vitro osteoblast model and a zebrafish model for osteoporosis, we found PGG significantly improved cell survival and bone formation. It also enhanced bone-building signals through estrogen receptors. By reducing cell death and strengthening bone cells, PGG shows potential as a promising option for combating osteoporosis. These findings suggest that harnessing PGG could lead to better treatment strategies for those suffering from this condition.

Bu-Sui-Dan promotes bone health
We investigated how Bu-Sui-Dan (BSD), an ancient herbal formula, affects osteoporosis, particularly in postmenopausal women. The study utilized ovariectomized rats to assess BSD’s role in encouraging bone growth and differentiation of bone marrow stem cells.

Our findings indicated that BSD effectively enhanced osteoblast activity by increasing the levels of VGLL4, which combats RUNX2 transcription suppression. This suggests BSD could be a promising therapeutic option for osteoporosis, although more research is needed to fully understand its mechanisms.

Bone formula shows anti-osteoporosis potential
We explored the potential of a traditional Chinese herbal formula called Xianlinggubao (XLGB) in treating osteoporosis. In our study, we focused on a specific ingredient, XLGB28-sRNA, and found it could improve bone strength by promoting new bone formation while also reducing bone breakdown. When administered to mice, this combination significantly increased bone mineral density and enhanced bone structure. These findings suggest that XLGB28-sRNA may serve as a promising treatment for osteoporosis, although more research is needed to understand its full effects on humans.

Bone density improvement

Bone Strength. I did some research and found this supplement. I liked that the calcium came from a plant source and also included magnesium, strontium, vitamin D, and vitamin K, which all work together to strengthen bones. Each of these alone may not provide the correct proportions for optimal effect. For instance, strontium can improve bone density test results without actually reinforcing bone structure, potentially leaving them brittle. Six years ago, my bone density test showed -2.5 (osteoporosis) in my hips and back, and I experienced consistent aches. Within six months of starting this supplement, my knee pains stopped completely. Subsequent tests every two years showed improvement from -2.5 to -1.4. While some reviews suggest rapid improvement, I found better results take time. At 74, my bone density has improved significantly and has not deteriorated. This is good enough for me.

My doctor was amazed at the change! Diagnosed with osteopenia at 59.5, I knew I had a family history of osteoporosis and was keen to prevent it. After starting to exercise and improve my diet, my doctor recommended a calcium supplement. Two years later, my bone scan showed improvement, and he was pleased with my results. He advised me to continue my regimen, stating I was on the right track. I've had no side effects from these slim tablets and highly recommend this product!

At 85 years old, I was diagnosed with signs of osteoporosis. Instead of opting for injections, I chose New Chapter Bone Strength after researching it. After nine months of usage and a recent test, my bones are now normal. I attribute this improvement to a combination of exercises, a low-carb diet, and taking the capsules.

Zuogui Wan aids osteoporosis recovery
We investigated the effects of Zuogui Wan (ZGW), a traditional herbal formula, on bone health, particularly its potential in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis using a rat model.

Our results showed that ZGW significantly improved bone loss and the overall osteoporotic condition. This improvement was linked to ZGW's ability to balance immune cells that affect bone loss and promote bone-forming cells.

While our findings are promising, further research is needed to fully understand how ZGW acts in the body and its clinical applications for osteoporosis management.

YSGSF effective against postmenopausal osteoporosis
We examined the effectiveness of the Yishen Gushu Formula (YSGSF) in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP). Utilizing advanced plant metabolomics and network pharmacology, we identified how YSGSF improves bone mineral density by affecting key signaling pathways in the body.

Our study found that YSGSF decreases inflammatory markers and helps protect bone cells, which are crucial for maintaining bone health. While the formula shows promise, understanding its full impact requires further investigation into its mechanisms.
