This multivitamin has been fantastic for a new mum like me! Less anxiety
I'm not sure if it's just a fluke, but I feel much better taking these. I suffer from anxiety and depression and was exhausted with my 5-month-old. I started these vitamins while breastfeeding due to their good reviews and have felt significantly less anxious and irritable. It’s only been 4 weeks, but I haven’t had a migraine since starting them—whatever the cause, I’m grateful!
