Improved constipation relief
1 people found this helpful
Good vitamins! I began taking these when my child was about two months old and bought the maximum volume of 270 tablets for three months. I've nearly finished the bottle. Pros: my nails are stronger, there's no constipation, my stool is fine, and the cracks on my heels have disappeared after long struggles. My energy has increased, and the baby has had no adverse reactions. Cons: after two months, my hair is still falling out and my appetite has increased, leading to weight gain during lactation. The price is high, but I hope the benefits outweigh the cost.

Upon my sister's doctor's advice, she began a complex vitamin regimen after childbirth. These high-quality vitamins did not cause the constipation issues she experienced with pharmaceutical options before childbirth. She noted no adverse side effects and feels they have boosted her strength.

No constipation issues
Ideal for mums. I have been ordering these vitamins for my wife for over a year. She regularly takes them in autumn and spring, and they have not caused constipation like other iron supplements. Her hair remains healthy, and her overall condition has vastly improved, especially with frequent breastfeeding.

7.5
Helpful for digestion
I just started taking these vitamins a couple of weeks ago and found them easy to swallow and digest. They seem to have alleviated my constipation issues as well.

Best vitamins ever
These vitamins are incredible—I had no constipation during my pregnancy thanks specifically to them. The composition is the best, albeit expensive, but worth it. Natural ingredients are preferable to cheaper options that lead to severe constipation, which is incredibly uncomfortable during pregnancy.
