Dizziness resolved
Alpha GPC from Now is an exceptionally effective brain supplement that saved me from severe dizziness, which doctors could not diagnose. Now, I take GPC, vitamins, bacopa, magnesium, and other supplements to boost brain function. My condition has improved significantly, and after completing the GPC course, I will begin taking GABA. The capsules are of medium size, and the recommendation for adults is to take two per day. I'm very satisfied with the quality and ingredients.

It was effective, but there was a drawback. When I took two pills at once, I felt slightly dizzy and struggled to focus on my studies. Interestingly, taking just one pill at a time left me perfectly fine. I am 5ft 4 and weigh between 110-120lb. I wonder if my body size affects the dosage of the pills I take.
