Five stars, this product is easy to take without dealing with gelatin capsules. It has assisted with my insulin resistance. However, be cautious with the dosage since it can lower blood sugar and cause dizziness and low energy. I revised my dosage but am fine now. It’s an excellent product—affordable too, which is important for me, especially since I have PCOS.
