Resolved issues
I have been taking this for a month now. The tablets have a strong, unpleasant odour, but they are an easy size to swallow. I am unsure of the exact benefits of selenium, as my hair still falls out and my nails have not improved. However, after combining selenium with vitamin D, I wake up feeling rested and alert without an alarm. There are no side effects, and I had issues with constipation that have now disappeared, though I’m unsure if selenium is the cause or if it’s the entire complex.
