Effective but dizzy

The results appear quickly. The supplement contains selenium in an active form and has no yeast in the composition. The pills have a peculiar smell, which I quite like. I read nearly all the reviews before purchasing, and some women mentioned an increased heart rate and dizziness after taking a whole pill; I experienced this too. Whilst I felt a boost of cheerfulness and energy, dizziness set in after a while but faded later. I opted to take half the dosage, as each tablet contains 286%. Overall, the supplement is effective and reasonably priced, though I recommend trying 1/3 or 1/2 of the daily dosage.
