I purchased the product based on its quality recommendations, but unfortunately, it did not suit me whatsoever. There were no observed improvements. The outcome was significant bloating and constipation, which rendered the product entirely unbeneficial for me. I will be seeking an alternative.

Severe allergy reaction

ALLERGIC TO MSM. I had a bad reaction to MSM after taking one pill for three days, resulting in severe diarrhoea. I experienced bloating, stomach cramps, red hives, and allergy flare-ups with watery eyes, a blocked nose, and coughing. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT.
