Effective. I like that they are enteric-coated. After taking this for about a week and a half, I increased my bowel movements from twice a week to at least once daily, with no more hard, constipated stools. While some bowel movements are loose, this supplement has improved my constipation and reduced some unpleasant odours.

I decided to eliminate meat and flour from my diet and switched to more plant-based foods, but after consuming cashew nuts, I experienced constipation and couldn’t go to the toilet for over a week. I started drinking Pau Darko, but the situation worsened. Trying oregano with Triphala the next day provided relief in all respects. I will continue this course for 21 days as it feels like an emergency solution! Highly recommended!

The quality of this oregano is good. I took it on recommendation as a natural antibiotic. It combats various bacteria and fights constipation while eliminating other digestive disorders. I gave it to my father, who struggles with constipation. After starting the treatment, there has been noticeable improvement. The taste is neutral, and I experienced no issues with usage.

When I had constipation, I took 3 tablets daily, which greatly alleviated the gas smell. While the oregano scent lingers in my mouth, I find it quite pleasant.
