It works.... Period. I felt compelled to write this as the product is excellent. Suffering from chronic pancreatitis, constipation made me miserable. Since taking this, I have been able to eat comfortably again without issues.

I buy this supplement regularly. With age and prolonged stress, my pancreas ceased producing sufficient pancreatin, leading to ongoing constipation and skin rashes. After a month of taking this supplement, everything returned to normal. Without pancreatin, our bodies cannot absorb vitamins effectively. If you have low pancreatin levels or struggle with food processing, I recommend trying this supplement.

Cured symptoms

Zhelukok works like clockwork! Everything suits me, and I have no constipation.

Less constipation
Good for digestion. I've started on 3 capsules and am gradually increasing. I notice a better response and less constipation. I will continue to increase the dosage until my digestion is smooth.

Improved symptoms

I had severe constipation, and consuming dietary fibre seemed to worsen it along with gas and ascites. Drinking urso improved my constipation slightly, but I felt acid reflux and discomfort in my back. Initially, I thought I lacked digestive enzymes. However, after drinking it at night, I found it easier to relieve myself the next day, and the acid discomfort decreased. I no longer experience pain that I did with previous enzymes. I plan to try betaine next.

Significant help
I've tried various remedies for recurring diarrhoea and constipation, but taking this has greatly helped. I drink after every heavy meal.
