This product is excellent from a reliable brand. My ulcerative colitis is severe, and I’ve tried numerous supplements to complement my pharmaceutical regimen. This is one of the few that truly works for me. I take it alongside Vitamin D, and my symptoms have significantly improved. It's vital to drink plenty of water with it since the pills absorb more than expected in the stomach, which can be uncomfortable without adequate hydration.
