Great results

This product works for me, as expected. I've suffered from chronic constipation throughout my life, often going a week without bowel movements. After trying fibre supplements, I started with Metamucil. It worked well, but I was concerned about its ingredients. So, I switched to NOW's version which yielded the same great results after mixing it with juice and water. It's not enjoyable to drink, but it definitely assists with my constipation.

Many Japanese diets lack dietary fibre. Psyllium Husk helps resolve gastrointestinal upsets, constipation, and diarrhoea. It improved my severe diarrhoea, making my toilet visits less frequent. I mix it with protein in an electric shaker.

This product is good for intestinal health, particularly as it contains fibre that nourishes friendly bacteria in the gut, preventing constipation and promoting colon health.
Constipation is a common condition characterized by infrequent bowel movements or difficulty passing stools. It is typically defined as having fewer than three bowel movements per week, leading to hard, dry stools that are painful or difficult to expel. This condition can be caused by a variety of factors, including diet, dehydration, lack of physical activity, and certain medications. Stress and lifestyle changes can also contribute, making it essential for individuals to identify the root causes of their constipation for effective relief.
To alleviate constipation, it’s recommended to increase fiber intake by consuming more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, as well as ensuring adequate hydration throughout the day. Regular exercise can also promote healthy bowel function. If over-the-counter solutions such as fiber supplements or laxatives aren't effective, it's advisable to consult a healthcare provider, as chronic constipation can lead to complications and indicate underlying health issues. Keeping a consistent eating and bathroom schedule can also help regulate bowel movements.

It is interesting to buy something slightly more expensive in a bank than in a package. I actively engage in intestinal healing using psyllium, an active absorbent. Its fibre content surpasses oat bran by over 14 times. The psyllium seed shell is highly hygroscopic, absorbing moisture significantly. This aids the microbiota and acts as a mild laxative, enabling softer evacuation. I recommend taking it for constipation half an hour before breakfast or an hour after dinner, diluted in a glass of water with another glass.
