I managed to relieve my constipation with this. We've tried various supplements and meals, but ZMA was the most effective for me. I felt comfortable as my bowels moved freely on the second day after taking it. After about three days, a large volume of stool passed daily. This is ideal for anyone suffering from constipation.

Excellent! This isn't my first purchase. I discovered it’s fantastic for constipation, and being someone with colitis, it's beneficial for my recovery.

Good for those with constipation. If I eat two of these, the following day is much better. I’m unsure whether I experienced diarrhoea, but it only lasted for a week while taking them.
