Constipation resolved
These work, but patience is needed. I bought them after watching Dr. Berg's videos on digestion. Having had my gallbladder removed, I faced issues like poor digestion and constipation, which I thought unrelated to bile. However, after taking these supplements for a month, my constipation has disappeared. I noticed improvements after a week and now take one with each of my two daily meals. The quality of NOW supplements is excellent and reasonably priced. I'll definitely repurchase.

Avoid Calcium Carbonate
Be cautious about which version you receive! I am now on my third bottle. Initially, I felt unwell and experienced migraines and a rapid heartbeat. After increasing my water intake, I felt normal. However, the second bottle caused bloating and EXTREME CONSTIPATION due to the CALCIUM CARBONATE, which made me irregular for over 8 days. I do not recommend the version with calcium at all. I even ended up in the ER thinking it was a pelvic infection, but it was extreme pain from backed stool and trapped gas! Thankfully, my third bottle doesn’t contain CALCIUM CARBONATE. Please avoid the calcium version as it will ruin your insides.
