It performs its job perfectly. As we age, enzymes are not produced in sufficient amounts, leading to issues with the gastrointestinal tract and digestion. This can result in the lack of protein absorption, raising other health concerns, such as Osteoporosis. Therefore, enzyme supplementation is necessary and beneficial. My mother experienced stomach heaviness, and subsequently, her stool returned to normal. The packaging is excellent and the volume is good.
