Helped I drank a jar. There was a stressful situation after which I felt anxiety and an increased heart rate. I didn't really hope for this supplement, but since I bought it, I tried it. I took 1 capsule daily, as recommended, before bedtime. About 10 days later, my unwanted symptoms began to dissipate. I feel better. During the course, I noted that my dreams became more vivid and my mood improved. For me, this has been a positive experience with this supplement.
