Effective for bulimia
I purchased this product believing it would assist with depression and stress. Although I no longer experience depressive symptoms, it seems effective for bulimia. My anxiety has largely dissipated, though it could be a placebo effect.

Inositol preferred
I bought this for bulimia, but I believe Inositol works better for this issue!
