Great! It makes you calm without feeling groggy. I loved this product for its excellent quality and ingredients, at a great price. Having fibromyalgia, it helps me a lot to stay calm and relaxed. When I take one after lunch, I feel balanced and if I take it before bed, I sleep well without dizziness. I now sleep soundly without muscle stress. The capsules are a perfect size and easy to swallow. Please, I need a like to continue shopping in my fight against fibromyalgia. God bless you!
