I love these! At 19, I wanted a small probiotic to begin with. I chose these based on great reviews. Taking two on an empty stomach has greatly improved my digestion, eliminating bloating and uncomfortable feelings after eating. I'm planning to purchase the larger size once I run out!

There has definitely been an effect! My son used to have stomach issues along with frequent bloating and stools. After taking these pills for a month, he now complains much less about his stomach, and his bowel movements have normalised. He enjoys the taste, so I’m ordering more courses.

Excellent! This product is great for my son, who had issues with constipation and bloating. While his problem isn't completely resolved, the noticeable bloating has nearly disappeared, and he is going to the toilet better than before. He no longer eats solid foods like nuts, but things have improved, thank goodness.
