Beta glucan offers good value and quality. It has been known for over 50 years for its healing properties, particularly for cancer, which is my reason for taking it. It also helps against conditions like high cholesterol, diabetes, and reduces the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy. Recently, production costs have decreased, making it more accessible. This NOW brand offers a 500 mg dose per capsule at a much lower cost, making it a better option compared to more expensive alternatives.

Helps me for a long time in the fight against cancer. I discovered this product through my doctor after a detailed immune analysis showed deficiencies. As I'm undergoing chemotherapy, I need to support my body. Since I began taking this in 2018, I’ve seen results: stomatitis and dermatophytosis have disappeared. Most importantly, there is some stability in my underlying disease (sarcoma). Last year, I paused the medication, and in three months, I noticed a negative trend. Ultimately, I've decided to continue this medication for my lifetime as I can clearly see the benefits!

Since my cervical cancer dysplasia diagnosis, I have taken this alongside AHCC without fail. Initially, I hoped to boost my immunity, and I believe it also improves my intestinal health, leading to regular bowel movements, unless stressed. Although the capsules are somewhat larger, I find them easy to swallow without any unpleasant taste.

Very effective! I have taken Beta Glucans for over 10 years now. It significantly strengthens my immune system by increasing the percentage of lymphocytes (T cells and B cells), crucial for tackling viruses and cancer cells. Now Foods Beta Glucans is one of the top brands and quite affordable. I take one capsule 2-3 times a day on an empty stomach. For healthy individuals, one capsule daily is usually sufficient.

I started taking this to inactivate HPV and prevent cervical cancer. I consume 2 tablets each morning on an empty stomach, then 2 before bed, totalling 4 daily. I find the combination with AHCC particularly beneficial. As my immunity improves, I'm hopeful that it will not only deactivate HPV but also prevent other diseases, alongside improving the health of my skin.
