Vitamin C's impact on constipation
We conducted a fully decentralized clinical trial to explore the effects of vitamin C on constipation symptoms. Participants who experienced functional constipation were randomly assigned to receive either Lactobacillus with vitamin C or vitamin C alone over a two-week treatment period. The study allowed us to gather data remotely, which is quite innovative and accessible.

Looking specifically at the results from the group that received vitamin C, we observed that while there was an increase in the frequency of bowel movements compared to the control group, the isolated effect of vitamin C itself wasn't entirely clear. The combination treatment appeared to improve bowel regularity, but it was difficult to determine how much vitamin C contributed independently to these results.

Additionally, we found that about 67% of participants were diligent in tracking their bowel diary entries, which helped ensure the reliability of our findings to an extent. Yet, a significant portion of the records were not kept as scheduled, highlighting potential hurdles in data collection for decentralized trials.

Overall, our observations suggest that while vitamin C, especially when paired with Lactobacillus, may provide some benefits for those struggling with constipation, we should exercise caution before attributing all improvements solely to vitamin C.

Helpful for cold

Big! Initially surprised by the size, I adjusted quickly and swallowed it without issue. I've been using it for 8 months alongside VB Complex and VE, and I've noticed improvements in my sensitivity to cold, numbness in my hands, and even constipation. Improvements became apparent from the second month. I plan to continue using it further.

Stomach relief
The surface has a slightly salty taste from the capsule's ingredients. The thick, large shape makes it hard to swallow. I drink more than recommended, which sometimes feels like it's stuck in my chest, so I take care to drink plenty of water with it. Initially taken for physical condition management, it has led to good stomach and intestinal health. The best part is my constipation has resolved.

Constipation relief
This is a fundamental vitamin for me. I’ve boosted my immune system with 6 to 10 g per day and rarely catch colds. My constipation has nearly disappeared. It's an absolutely necessary supplement (^ ^)!

Relief from constipation

I tried this due to my usual item being out of stock. The bottle is large, but I think it's fine if you have space. If you feel unwell, drinking plenty and getting to bed early usually helps. It's better to sip it over intervals rather than consume a lot at once. If I’m constipated, taking a bit more provides relief (lol). Results seem to differ, so starting with 1 capsule might be wise.

Forget constipation
I have thyroid issues, so I regularly take vitamin C in any form. I've been drinking it consistently, which has made me forget about constipation, making me feel revitalised. For thyroid problems, a vitamin C deficiency can lead to a lack of other vitamins, minerals, etc.

No constipation
I believe taking it three times a day helps prevent colds. Combining it with Fe prevents constipation, and partnering it with VE enhances its antioxidant effect.
