Supports bone health
This supplement delivers great doses of calcium and magnesium, which are essential for our daily intake. Most supplements cannot meet the required amounts due to their size, so taking just one of these pills is advisable even if I use another multivitamin. For optimal bone health, combining calcium with a K2 vitamin supplement, like MenaQ7, is ideal. This vitamin activates osteocalcin, which binds calcium to bones, while preventing calcium from binding to arterial walls, thereby addressing arteriosclerosis. I prefer chelated minerals for better absorption but manage just fine with this supplement, taking one pill every night.

Reduces arteriosclerosis
Calcium and magnesium work well together. Calcium supplements are common, but this combination is even better. Calcium is essential for bones, while magnesium helps prevent brittleness by coating calcium in the bone structure. It inhibits osteoclast activity, reducing bone loss and corrosion. Additionally, calcium has varied functions beyond bone protection; it calms nerves, aids sleep, lowers blood pressure, and addresses conditions like irritable bowel syndrome. Magnesium’s critical role includes regulating calcium, preventing its deposition in tissues and blood vessel walls, maintaining heart function, and reducing arteriosclerosis. This mineral is vital for cellular metabolism, nerve function, and muscle health. The need for magnesium increases in the elderly, those with muscle degeneration, chronic alcohol users, and athletes.
