Best Bioavailability for Me. I've tried various turmeric/curcumin supplements, and this one seems to work best for me. Others pass through without noticeable effects, but this one actually lessens my pain. (I have fibromyalgia.) It's akin to taking ibuprofen, but far superior. I also noticed it helps my stomach significantly; when taken daily, I avoid gut issues like indigestion. The secret ingredient appears to be Meriva, enhancing curcumin's bioavailability. This supplement is somewhat pricey, yet it’s worth it, as I only need to take one to see results, unlike other formulas.

Great. I bought this curcumin for my mother, who is 65 and suffers from arthritis and fibromyalgia. This formula is more effective at alleviating inflammation in her muscles and joints than the standard one I previously purchased. She currently takes it alongside Curcubrain, which crosses the blood-brain barrier. The quality is excellent, and I can see the benefits she's experiencing. While it won't eliminate all her pain, it certainly enhances her quality of life, making it worth the price. I highly recommend trying it.
