Despite being a solid product, it didn’t work for me. I had a negative reaction, experiencing heightened anxiety even after reducing the dose. Some individuals seem to react badly, leading to anxiety or depression, so I advise starting with a small amount.

After taking 1/4 tsp three times a day for two weeks, I haven’t noticed any effect. My nervousness, anxiety, and insomnia remain unchanged. The powder form is also not very convenient, though it does have a pleasant taste.

Natural calming supplement

I find I cannot take too much glycine without experiencing negative effects and, like others, I have decided against using it in the future. The product comes as a powder, and I typically take a teaspoon.
