I bought cat's claw alongside caprylic acid, black walnut, and black cumin oil for body cleansing and immune support. Together, these have worked excellently—I've observed noticeable improvements in my skin, and psoriasis flares up much less frequently. My overall well-being has improved as well. It's essential to drink plenty of water and follow a diet, avoiding sugar, white bread, yeast baked goods, and milk. I'll continue purchasing this complex every year.
