Lecithin shows promise for bloating
We evaluated whether a lecithin-based supplement could help with bloating in individuals with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) affected by small bowel dysbiosis (SBD). Over 30 days, 49 adults were given either the CUBO supplement paired with a low-FODMAP diet or just the diet with a placebo.

The participants receiving CUBO experienced a notable reduction in bloating, abdominal pain, and a marker for SBD compared to the control group. However, more research is essential to confirm these promising findings.

Lecithin aids bloating relief
This pilot study examined how lecithin, when combined with curcuma and boswellia extracts, affects bloating in individuals with post-COVID-19 irritable bowel syndrome (PCIBS).

We found that both subjects with PCIBS and those without showed significant reductions in bloating and abdominal pain after 30 days of supplementation. While urinary indican levels improved only in the irritable bowel syndrome group, overall satisfaction rates were comparable across both groups.

These promising results suggest lecithin could help manage bloating, but further research is needed to explore its effectiveness fully.

Bloating improvement

Our family loves sunflower lecithin. It effectively manages gallbladder dyskinesia, and my bloating has stopped since we started taking it. After an ultrasound, it confirmed no bile stagnation. I've noticed significant skin improvement, likely due to liver cleansing, an effect I haven't experienced with other products.

Sunflower lecithin remains a family favourite. It effectively supports gallbladder dyskinesia, as my bloating has ceased. An ultrasound showed no bile stagnation during its use. It noticeably cleans the skin by aiding the liver, an effect I’ve yet to find with any creams or pills.

A wonderful dietary supplement from a trusted manufacturer, suitable for the whole family. When symptoms of lecithin deficiency appeared—memory issues, reduced concentration, insomnia, and my husband's digestive problems like bloating and difficulty digesting fatty foods—we decided to complete a course of this supplement. The results are definitely evident, and the packaging is large and convenient.

Significant improvement

As a gold member, I rarely write reviews. However, this product has helped with my persistent abdominal bloating after trying countless diets and supplements. Within a week of usage, I noticed improvements in bloating, sleep quality, memory, and mood. I also provided it to my eldest son but did not observe the same results.

My love for lecithin grows! It’s my top helper for the liver and an excellent choleretic agent. After starting it, I found that bile flow and overall digestion improved, resulting in diminished heaviness and bloating. My stool has also improved, and the combination with papaya is fantastic!

Improved digestion

I faced issues with bile thickening and digestion due to my sedentary lifestyle. I started taking lecithin alongside rosehip syrup, which may equally contribute to the results. Since then, the unpleasant sensations of bloating have disappeared, and my digestion has improved significantly. The capsules are quite large, but they’re manageable for me.

Effective for digestion
I took this on a doctor's recommendation and really liked it, although I did experience occasional bloating, primarily because I didn't stick to a diet. Overall, the supplement is fantastic!

Trial results
Lecithin quality is consistently excellent with NOW products. The tablet size is standard, hence easy to swallow. I initially tried one a day to help with cholesterol, but after a week, I experienced severe bloating and decided to discontinue. I will attempt reintroducing it in a month.
