Not for me. It gave me dizziness. After about two weeks, I noticed that even when lying down and moving, I felt dizzy. It was quite frightening, so I stopped using it and returned to normal. Be cautious!

There is a noticeable effect. Lecithin activates brain activity, normalises the nervous system, and enhances intellectual development. I give this lecithin to my 12-year-old daughter along with omega-3 and vitamin D. The effect became clear after a week of use: her activity increased, and she complained less about dizziness.

I am very pleased with this lecithin! After reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to buy sunflower lecithin from Now Foods, and it was a good choice. Taking 2 capsules each morning after breakfast has significantly improved my memory and attention. Although I still experience some dizziness, I have noticed an increase in focus and a reduction in headaches.

This is very good, but it may not suit everyone. Those with bile issues should be cautious, as it can significantly lower blood pressure, leading to dizziness. Conversely, it greatly supports brain function. I buy it for students and take it myself for overall support.

Mild side effects
Lecithin is not bad, but it perhaps didn’t suit me. After a week of use, I experienced nausea and slight dizziness.

Lightheadedness concern
At first, I took one pill without noticing any side effects. However, after increasing to two pills, I felt dizzy and lightheaded, along with a bit of a headache, similar to effects I’ve experienced with other memory formulas. I stopped taking it for a while to avoid worsening the dizziness but plan to resume and reassess.
