A necessity for me. I've used Ubiquinol for 15 years and will never stop. I started it for severe muscle pain from fibromyalgia and statin-induced myopathy. Although I ceased statins 14 years ago, I’ve continued with Ubiquinol without intention to stop. Now in my 70s, I only experience occasional "aging" aches and pains. Ubiquinol forms a vital part of my daily supplement routine. I hope this is beneficial to others as well.

Expectations for mitochondrial activity: I am taking it to help alleviate withdrawal symptoms (fibromyalgia/pain) after stopping benzodiazepines used for depression. I don't feel anything remarkable yet, but since I began taking Urso tablets and taurine, my muscle atrophy has shown a bit of improvement. I intend to continue for about three weeks. The downside is its cost, but I plan to keep using it for a while, as I believe it’s also beneficial for shedding.

I'm a believer! Having fibromyalgia for a long time, I sought relief from fatigue. Within an hour of taking Ubiquinol, I felt energised. Initially, I was concerned it might disrupt my sleep, but after a few days, my sleep improved dramatically. While my friend noticed no difference, this has been life-changing for me. I feel much better overall, although increased activity brings some aches, so I’ll look for natural pain relief alternatives.

Ubiquinol is the most effective form of Q10 compared to ubiquinone. The dosage is correct. It has greatly relieved my joint pain, which I had from fibromyalgia in the past. Now, I'm back to sports and even practising CrossFit. It's essential for me.

Life-changing effects
The Ubiquinol supplement I purchased is running out. The benefits are substantial, and the quality is remarkable. It’s crucial to take Ubiquinol after 35; I consume 1 capsule daily, increasing to 2 when I exercise. This supplement has transformed my life; fibromyalgia symptoms have reduced by about 90%. I used to have daily headaches, but now they are rare. Along with other essential vitamins and dietary changes, Ubiquinol has significantly improved my wellbeing.
