I love this product! I take five pills daily alongside my prenatal vitamins. My pregnancy has been very easy without the usual unpleasant symptoms. I’m confident these supplements contributed to my lack of constipation. I feel great knowing that coconut oil helps absorb the vitamins effectively. This works wonderfully and is better than laxatives or stool softeners. Together with water, it alleviates the constipation I have due to nausea medication for pregnancy. I’m relieved it’s safe for my baby and my digestive system. I truly appreciate this recommendation!
