I love this product! I take five pills daily alongside my prenatal vitamins. My pregnancy has been very easy without the usual unpleasant symptoms. I’m confident these supplements contributed to my lack of constipation. I feel great knowing that coconut oil helps absorb the vitamins effectively. I'll keep using them for as long as they're available.

This works wonderfully and is better than laxatives or stool softeners. Together with water, it alleviates the constipation I have due to nausea medication for pregnancy. I’m relieved it’s safe for my baby and my digestive system. I truly appreciate this recommendation!
