It's amazing, girls. I used to suffer from dryness in my skin and had dark circles under my eyes. Thankfully, since I started using it, the dark circles have decreased significantly, and my hair looks shiny. I even had constipation, which has now been resolved. No digestive issues
I experienced hair loss and brittle nails due to a lack of microelements, along with swelling and fatigue. Along with hormone replacement therapy, I was advised to take a multivitamin. Throughout the entire period of taking it, I didn’t experience any digestive issues; constipation and nausea were avoided. However, the forms of microelements, such as magnesium oxide and calcium carbonate, are less than ideal.
