After 15 years of burning pain in my legs post-gastric bypass surgery, I found this product after learning about a B vitamin deficiency's role in neuropathy. It has provided relief greater than any opioids or pain medication I've tried; this has truly been a lifesaver for me.

Now Foods, B-100mg, 100 tablets: For a week, I took the Now Foods 100mg B1 tablets, starting with 50 mg daily, now reduced to 25 mg per day for ankle edema and peripheral neuropathy due to thiamine deficiency. Correcting this deficiency orally takes time; however, my edema and foot pain are significantly better. I'll continue using them long-term to prevent recurrence. I've generally been pleased with Now Food products, and this one is no exception.
