Improved energy levels
Recommend. After I started taking vitamins, my brittle nails grew strong and long, and in 4 months, my hair grew 20 cm, becoming elastic with fewer splits. I haven't found alternatives in pharmacies, and Vitrum, which is much worse, costs significantly more. I recommend purchasing vitamins from this site—cheaper, better quality, and more economical. It's a treasure trove of B vitamins in one capsule. The only downside is that the capsule is quite large, approximately 1.5-2 cm, making it somewhat difficult to swallow. However, for me, it's a perfect product! Signs of tiredness and other symptoms of anemia disappear immediately. All B vitamins support the nervous system's normal function and aid energy metabolism.

Very effective! The NOW Vitamin B-100 contains folic acid and inositol, which are excellent for someone like me with mild anemia and a love for fitness. It efficiently replenishes energy and metabolism. When combined with EGCG of the same brand, I genuinely feel much better. Additionally, there is no unpleasant taste, unlike other brands. I highly recommend the B100 and will purchase it again.

No noticeable effects
For a few weeks, I haven't noticed any significant effects. I’m taking it alongside iron and folic acid due to my anemia. In the mornings, I feel somewhat better, but it’s uncertain whether this is due to the iron. Regardless, I believe this complex won’t do any harm. There are no side effects, and the bright yellow capsules tend to oxidise urine. Their size is normal, and the jar is large.
