Easy to drink, it is delicious and easy to consume. I experienced constipation after other well-known protein powders, but this one did not cause such issues. Perhaps it's related to the digestive enzymes. I feel physically good as well.

I gifted this to a young man who takes it three times a week after training. This protein is really effective as there has been no belching or constipation. His weight is increasing, and I hope this is partly due to this product, which has a nice chocolate flavour.

Easy to drink, it is delicious and easy to consume. I experienced constipation after other well-known protein powders, but this one did not cause such issues. Perhaps it's related to the digestive enzymes. I feel physically good as well.

Initially, when I used a protein from Japanese manufacturers, I experienced gas accumulation and pain due to constipation. However, since I switched to Gold Standard 100% Whey, Double Rich Chocolate, my stomach has improved over the last two weeks! I should have switched sooner!

Morning improvement
Bottles are quite large and difficult to use once the contents run low. Drinking it in the morning helps me feel less hungry and alleviates constipation.
