Unnecessary vitamins

The doses are excessive. The vitamin composition is overwhelming, particularly the vitamin B group, which has led to yellowing urine and increased iron intake. Despite trying to reduce the dosage to half a tablet, I continued to experience constipation. Upon stopping the vitamins, my urine colour returned to normal, and the constipation resolved. Perhaps these vitamins are not necessary.

Organic and effective

During breastfeeding, my paediatric dentist recommended these organic vitamins. They are well digested by the body. Although one tablet is quite large and has an unpleasant smell, I appreciate that they only need to be taken once a day. They did not make me feel sick afterwards and thankfully prevented constipation.

FULL FARCH IN ONE BATCH) A mixture of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, herbs, and probiotics based on food. Ideal for planning, pregnant, and lactating women. The vitamin dosages are well-balanced, with vitamin A at 50% of the daily dose. Most vitamins are at 100%, with the iron being easily absorbed without causing constipation. It includes useful plants such as ginger and red raspberry leaves. The price is reasonable for a three-month supply. The tablets are large but effective, with no side effects noted.

I shared these vitamins with my sister, and we were both satisfied. She mentioned reduced hair loss, possibly due to biotin. Despite lack of sleep and a poor diet, I feel good and vigorous, and my iron is in a form that avoids constipation. We experienced no adverse effects.

Improved digestion

I began taking these vitamins when my baby was 4 months old, wishing I'd known about them earlier. Compared to Elevit, Rainbow Light Prenatal One's composition is richer. After three weeks, I feel energetic and alert. They definitely protected against constipation while breastfeeding.

The pills are too large and have caused extreme constipation. I do not believe these vitamins suit me.

Iron contributes to prevention

These are good vitamins for pregnant women as they provide a complete range of nutrients for optimal fetal development. Many worry about the high iron content, but it's needed during pregnancy to avoid oxygen deficiency for the baby. The chelated iron form is easily absorbed and does not cause constipation.

Easily digestible

I spent time researching the right prenatal vitamins and ended up with these, which I’m very pleased with. They have an excellent composition and include digestible iron that doesn't cause constipation. They contain both probiotics and enzymes and just one capsule a day is needed.

Child's constipation
After giving these vitamins to a nursing mother, the child stopped having bowel movements independently. We associate this with starting the vitamins.
